Congratulations to Abby as the UAND Outstanding Dietetic Student in a Dietetic Internship.

Abigail has demonstrated “many excellent qualities of both academic achievement and leadership” and has been chosen as the Outstanding Dietetic Student in a Dietetic Internship. Throughout her internship, her work “has been of high caliber” and “completed with a signature of excellence.” This
was noticed not only by her professors as well as her preceptors as has received high marks on all of her assignments and evaluations.

Abby has also exemplified good leadership characteristics including acknowledging her weaknesses and turning them into strengths, “taking initiative to
accomplish her objectives and those of her team,” and being “resilient and innovative in times of change.”

“Abby’s possession and exemplary demonstration of these traits will be an incredible asset as she joins the dietetic profession.”
