Ok, it’s true, kids end up with insane amounts of candy for Halloween, and as Melanie said last week, depriving them of all that candy isn’t always best, but adding to it isn’t always best either. So here are some simple non candy ideas for your trick-or-treaters that are prepackaged & safe to handout.
