Sterling Peterson will be presenting at the UAND Thursday morning General Session as well as a Thursday morning breakout session. Sterling’s admiration for people has motivated and focused his attention in several areas dealing with human relations. Upon his completion of Utah State University’s Business programs, in Marketing and Human Resource Management, Sterling continued his education at USS by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology.
Sterling’s education and experience cover many areas such as: conflict resolution, team development, communication, stress management, self-esteem, interpersonal styles, workplace safety, quality control, etc. Sterling is currently employed at Bridgerland Applied Technology College in the Custom Fit Department where he assists companies with their training and development needs.
